Payment & Refund Policy

1. Virtual Currency (Diamonds) — Withdrawal Restrictions

Diamonds are digital items applied to your account immediately upon purchase, and the service is considered to have commenced. As such, withdrawal of purchase is restricted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). All Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility & Processing

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Full refunds are provided for verifiable technical billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges, erroneous charges due to system failures).

Once a refund is approved, processing will be initiated within 3 business days to the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, actual refund completion may take an additional 3-7 business days.

For App Store purchases, refund requests should be directed to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (play.google.com/store/account). The respective platform will process your refund request according to their policies.

4. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any remaining Diamond balance and subscription benefits will be forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding payment, please contact our support at contact@plotlab.ai first. We aim to resolve all inquiries within 7 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved through direct consultation, you may file a dispute with the Korea Consumer Agency (phone: 1372, www.kca.go.kr) or the Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee (ecmc.kca.go.kr).
